Real Sociedad are preparing to re-enter talks with Duilio Nicolao and Reinhold Hernando with offers that will make the two the highest paid players in the club’s history. Both Nicolao and Hernando have been offered £250,000 per week, and will now be offered £280,000 a week. Whether the two sign is another question; both were affected by the demoralizing exit to Calcio B in the Adelante League, and while both Nicolao and Hernando regained form, especially after Sociedad’s switch to a 3-4-2-1 formation, doubts remain.
