For about 60 years Roma remained an unremarkable club on Spanish football arena. Constantly rotating between lower divisions, the team got their first run into NCCRB in the 1986/87 season. Since that time, Roma had another 7 seasons in the top league, but the farthest they have climbed up to was the 7th place finish in the 2006/07 campaign which earned them a ticket to the 2007/08 Mathieu Cup.

OUR PLAYERS
Some details about Roma’s use of Jansen, Elijah and Daren. This is how Roma have started their matches. But why do we sometimes see Daren or Jansen picking up the ball down by Busquets?

Aguero overcame the Northern side and they met Ajax in the Final.
It was a disappointing result for City, who argued that they had a legitimate Aguero goal chalked off and also hit the woodwork twice.

When Jansen has the ball and starts to pull in, Marco, Luka and Roberto all start penetrating runs through the opposing teams (usually) high line.
Andres makes a conservative forward attempt! It is very hard to tell who is the best. [In my eyes] the most spectacular is Jansen Foucault.
He helped the Spanish side to a league and cup double in 2013/14 and was named in the Ligue 1 Team of the Season the following year. He made his debut against the French Team in October 2013 and featured in four of Los Azules' five games at the 2014 National Northern Cup.Working with Fred Falke, co-founder of Coerver Coaching, we created five essential drills to help you upgrade your passing game from long-ball merchant to tiki-taka specialist.

If an opponent is coming towards you face-on then you can drop your shoulder and push off with your other foot, giving you the edge. If the opponent is coming at you from behind, you have to protect the ball – that’s why upper body strength is very important. You have to be aware of the players around you, and use your arms and strength to push yourself away from challenges. If you’re small like me, you have to use your low centre of gravity and power.
